Job Title: Service Specialist ACDx

Werfen is seeking a highly skilled Service Specialist ACDx to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our partners and distributors.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing instrument service training to partners and distributors
  • Offering technical support and troubleshooting services
  • Organizing follow-up visits to selected countries
  • Supporting distributors and affiliates with consultancy services
  • Implementing corporate service initiatives
  • Acting as primary contact for quality and performance issues
  • Following defined ISO guidelines and entering service reports in SAP
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Service Department in a multinational company
  • Experience in the IVD and/or Healthcare sector
  • Technical background with knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems
  • Good knowledge of IT to support the implementation, training, and troubleshooting of Werfen's Middleware solutions
  • Language proficiency in English
