Overview:
As part of the customer care division within the OVHcloud Group, the Product Enablement team is dedicated to enhancing the understanding and utilization of our cloud solutions among clients. This role is pivotal in fostering the adoption of OVHcloud services through engaging educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mission 1: Impart technical knowledge and expertise regarding OVHcloud products to clients during various events, including tutorials, theoretical training sessions with demonstrations, technical labs, and webinars.
- Mission 2: Develop and tailor technical training materials on OVHcloud offerings, ensuring they are suitable for diverse audiences and delivery formats (in-person, remote, eLearning).
- Mission 3: Enhance your skills and knowledge in specific areas to remain aligned with the latest advancements in OVHcloud solutions.
- Mission 4: Act as a cloud advocate for clients, promoting the benefits and features of our offerings.
Your Impact:
Within six months, you will have:
- Successfully disseminated technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products across various locations.
- Embraced the role of a cloud advocate for our clients.
And within a year, you will have:
- Developed specialized skills and knowledge in key areas to stay updated with OVHcloud solutions.
- Created tailored technical training content for OVHcloud products, suited to various audiences and delivery methods.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and facilitation techniques.
- Experience in designing educational content.
- Familiarity with OVHcloud product offerings or equivalent services from major cloud providers, particularly in the public cloud domain (Compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, Database as a Service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and Access Management).
