Job Title: Product Assurance Practitioner

MBDA Italia is seeking a highly skilled Product Assurance Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Quality Assurance activities for Engineering functions, verifying compliance with processes and utilizing TL [R1-R7].
  • Monitor the state of Non-Conformities within the perimeter.
  • Implement common planned metrics, periodic detection, report processing, and analysis, including the periodic report of the State of Non-Conformities.
  • Implement Project or Function Quality Indicators, periodic surveys, report processing, and analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
  • Provide QA support for Agile Development and Model-Based Development.
  • Implement assessments as per agreed planning, assessing functions, projects, and product configurations.
  • Maintain a working schedule compatible with needs, time, efficiency, resource sharing, and additional constraints.
  • Support PAM in preparing and carrying out micro-training activities within project teams to increase awareness, efficiency, and skills of Quality processes.
Requirements:
  • Lifecycle experience for complex products.
  • Experience in Systems Integration, Testing, and Validation; Environmental tests.
  • Configuration management experience.
  • Knowledge of main quality standards (EN ISO 9001 and EN 9100).
  • Knowledge of improvement methodologies (PDCA, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance for Agile Development and Model-Based Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of company tools (PLM MatriX, SAP QM, DRM, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of main processes (Product Development, Product Manufacturing, Product Management).
Language Skills:
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English (allowing participation in international events, net-meetings, tele-conferences, and emailing).
Organizational Skills / Soft Skills:
  • Aptitude to operate effectively in an international environment and work in a team.
  • Availability for short trips within Italy or to France or UK.
  • Spirit of synthesis.
  • Proactivity.
  • Adaptability, determination, and resilience.
