Position Summary

As a key member of the Samsung team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our B2B ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, including System Integrators, to increase sales of Samsung MX products.

Main Objectives:

  • Drive sales growth in the Notebook B2B market by identifying new opportunities and expanding our customer portfolio.
  • Expand our customer base in specific regions, focusing on territorial coverage and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Samsung MX B2B sales through both accounted resellers and prospects, with a special focus on the Notebook category.
  • Identify and scout new potential resellers within assigned territories to drive market break-through.
  • Establish long-term business relationships with prospect channel partners to bring them on board in the Samsung MX Channel Program.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost the Samsung MX Channel Program, leveraging cross-device collaboration and mobile solutions.
  • Support channel partners in managing complex projects and deals, engaging directly with end-user customers or working closely with the Samsung MX Direct Touch team.
  • Liaise with the P&S team to provide customers with technical expertise on product features, Knox platform, demos, maintenance, and customization.
  • Liaise with the Direct Touch team to optimize collaboration and workflow through all channels.
  • Work closely with Distribution account managers to define sales forecasting and update them on channel insights, opportunities, and business requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Consumer Electronics.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English language skills.
  • 80% domestic travel required, with occasional international transfers.
