Requirements
  • Certification as a Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma or similar
  • Significant hands-on experience in working with Lean, Six Sigma, OKR, DBS or similar toolkits and management systems, particularly in a transactional environment
  • Proven experience in driving and leading major changes and organizational transformations
  • Demonstrated experience in rolling out and supporting IT tools, with a focus on the functional and process perspective
  • Previous experience in managing a team
  • Well organized, structured work ethic and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus
