About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Treviso. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering employee engagement and promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture. You will work closely with various departments and senior leadership to ensure effective communication, inspire employee involvement, and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • Develop and implement global diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, identifying opportunities and enabling effective stakeholder management.
  • Engage employees in DE&I workshops and organize events with internal and external speakers.
  • Communicate DE&I initiatives and welfare programs.

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and sense of belonging, with a focus on people sustainability projects.
  • Guarantee the best employee experience by organizing events and providing necessary tools.
  • Coordinate employee surveys and listening activities to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

Internal Communication

  • Develop and deploy a consistent internal communication plan that reaches key audiences globally, allowing for local input and customization.
  • Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including videos and town halls.

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (3-4 years) in the HR function.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to build relations with different stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and planning techniques.
  • Professional digital skills, including use of communication tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Critical thinking and business acumen.
