- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering leadership within the IT industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Proven expertise in partner/channel management and ecosystem expansion.
- Deep understanding of AI, Cloud, Security, and Cyber Resilience trends.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at executive and technical levels.
- Native/bilingual Italian and business-proficient English.
- Must be based in Milan or willing to relocate.
