Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and profitability of the grocery partners' P&L within Glovo.
  • Maximize partner success by analyzing key performance indicators and fueling growth.
  • Lead a top-tier commercial team and provide mentorship to set new benchmarks for excellence.
  • Negotiate and build partnerships with Italy's top grocery partners.
  • Innovate through feedback and channel partner insights into tangible improvements.
  • Contribute actively to the Glovo Leadership Team and report directly to the Director of Quick Commerce & Brand Ads.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in high-velocity environments.
  • Solid grasp of the Retail & GDO landscape in Italy.
  • Track record of recruiting, managing, and nurturing a commercial team.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
