We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the planning, management, and implementation of various extensive corporate projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning and Management: Collaborate with our business units to develop and implement strategic projects that drive business growth and improvement.
- Business Development and Support: Provide guidance and support to our subsidiaries in development and reorganisation projects, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to succeed.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Participate in M&A projects, working closely with our teams to identify opportunities and drive successful integration.
- Organisational Development: Support the board of management with various organisational and content-related issues, ensuring our company remains agile and responsive to changing market conditions.
- Meeting and Workshop Coordination: Assist with the preparation and implementation of meetings and workshops at management level, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- University Degree: A successfully completed university degree in a relevant field.

- Analytical and Creative Thinking: Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in all common MS Office programmes, with excellent knowledge of German and English. Italian is a plus.
