Warehouse Manager

As a key member of our Operations team, you will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex industrial/logistic department, ensuring excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals to ensure efficient warehouse operations;
  • Supervising, organizing, and training warehouse staff;
  • Developing operating systems by controlling product handling and storage requirements, equipment usage, inventory, door flow, and shipping methods;
  • Managing the warehouse team to solve daily operational problems and achieve short- and long-term performance goals;
  • Supervising day-to-day operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics;
  • Studying workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service;
  • Managing and monitoring international shipments of plants in foreign geographical areas;
  • Providing a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Data analysis skills;
  • Good relational skills with a focus on team management;
  • Good knowledge of English.
