Warehouse Operations Manager

As a key member of our Operations team, you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex industrial/logistic department, assuring excellent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals in order to ensure that the warehouse operates in an efficient way;
- Supervision, organization and training of warehouse staff;
- Developing operating systems by controlling product handling and storage requirements, equipment usage, inventory, door flow, and shipping methods;
- Managing the warehouse team to solve daily operational problems and gain short- and long-term performance goals;
- Supervising day to day operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics;
- Studying workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service;
- Management and monitoring of international shipments of plants in foreign geographical areas;
- Providing a safe and healthy working environment.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics;
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees;
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff;
- Problem solving skills;
- Data analysis skills;
- Good relational skills with focus on team management;
- Good knowledge of English.
