The ideal candidate possesses a strong passion for the hospitality industry. They are service-oriented, enthusiastic, and eager to advance their professional journey. The candidate presents themselves in a polished manner and enjoys engaging with our esteemed Guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Front Office functions (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier duties) in accordance with company policies and our code of conduct;
  • Provide information and assist with reservations for various activities;
  • Coordinate the efforts of Porters, Drivers, and Security Staff based on Guest requirements and company protocols;
  • Oversee the closing and reopening procedures for the hotel, ensuring all outlets (restaurants, bars, spa, boutiques, etc.) are properly managed;
  • Prepare daily reports for administration and other key departments within the hotel;
  • Assist Guests with room service requests in collaboration with bar and restaurant staff, as well as porters and security personnel when available;
  • Respond to emergencies following established procedures.

Qualifications:

We require:

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of a third language is advantageous;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
  • Familiarity with the local area and its offerings;
  • Proficiency in hotel management software such as Scrigno or similar, as well as Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • References.
