Guest Services Representative F/M

We are seeking a dedicated receptionist to greet our visitors at IBIS. As the initial point of contact for our establishment, the receptionist will significantly influence our guests' experiences.
If you are dependable, friendly, and enjoy engaging with people, this position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate room assignments with the housekeeping team.
- Anticipate guest needs and address their inquiries effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, including room types, features, facilities, rates, dining options, and current promotions.
- During night shifts, oversee activities such as hotel closing procedures, cash handling, and preparing for the following day.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, especially within a hotel environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
