The Concierge plays a vital role within the Front Office Team, with the primary goal of ensuring our guests receive exceptional care from the outset. Our Concierge team is committed to fulfilling guest requests, ranging from the routine to the extraordinary. With extensive local knowledge and insights, the Concierge team enhances guest experiences, making their stay even more enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Provide all guest interactions with the utmost level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
- Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, operational hours, key personnel, in-house events, directions, and more. Respond to all guest requests accurately and promptly, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
- Ensure that desk materials and information regarding restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local points of interest are current and updated.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of available activities in the city and establish strong relationships with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
- Utilize various software programs to accurately record special arrangements made by guests and ensure proper billing.
Qualifications
- Experience in Front Desk or Concierge roles within luxury hospitality settings.
- A natural aptitude for problem-solving, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with outstanding organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Familiarity with the city of Florence is an advantage.

Schedule & Hours:
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and is seasonal in nature. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
