Job Title: Assistant Manager Guest Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Guest Service to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Optimize hotel occupancy and room rates through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Handle guest complaints and issues professionally and effectively
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in operating a highly proficient and productive guest services team
  • Conduct training for the Guest Service team and assist in formulating new procedures and directives to improve department performance
Requirements:
  • Front Office background and experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, reception, reservations, and outlet services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
