About the location:
Experience an urban oasis steeped in historical charm. The Concierge plays a vital role within the Front Office Team, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional care from the moment they arrive. Our Concierge team is committed to fulfilling guest requests, ranging from the commonplace to the extraordinary. With extensive local knowledge and insights, the Concierge team enhances guests' experiences, making their stay even more enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Provide all guest interactions with the utmost level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
- Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, operational hours, key personnel, in-house events, directions, and more. Respond to all guest requests promptly and accurately, making recommendations based on local expertise and hotel practices.
- Ensure that informational materials regarding restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local points of interest are current and readily available.
- Maintain knowledge of activities available in the city and establish strong relationships with local vendors to facilitate information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
- Utilize various software applications to accurately document special arrangements made by guests and ensure proper billing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Front Desk or Concierge roles within luxury hospitality settings.
- A natural aptitude for problem-solving, coupled with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as outstanding organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Italian is required.
- Familiarity with the city of Florence is advantageous.

Schedule & Hours:
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and is a seasonal role. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
