Administrative Assistant for Events

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad Filiale di Latina. As an Administrative Assistant for Events, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Corporate Services unit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage mission orders and reimbursements;
- Handle correspondence by managing functional mailboxes;
- Drafting documents in formal English;
- Ensure proper document management;
- Support the maintenance and management of databases;
- Support in establishing methods to ensure high-quality planning, follow up on deadlines;
- Maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders;
- Act as a liaison between the Unit and the stakeholders by providing and requesting information as needed.
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
- Good knowledge of Italian;
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in providing administrative support within international organisations, preferably in the EU environment;
- Knowledge of events/meetings management would be considered an asset;
- Proficiency in IT tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Internet browsers);
- Behavioural competencies: working with others; clear written and oral communication; priority setting and planning; analysis and problem solving; communication principles.
Assignment: initial contract of 2 or 3 months, with possibility of extensions. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.
Salary: approx €2145 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma, Italy for the remaining days.
