At Worldline, we are shaping the future of payments technology and empowering our customers to accelerate their business. We are seeking a talented Bank Relationship Specialist to join our team in Trento.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our bank customers, managing the sales process from initial proposal to post-sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless contract activation, POS installation, and customer care activities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial sales, with experience in acquiring new merchants, maintaining and developing existing customer volumes, and providing commercial assistance to our bank network. They will also be able to analyze performance data, develop projections, and drive business growth.

We are looking for a team player with a strong result orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with transversal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving attitude, flexibility, and adaptability. They will also possess knowledge of English (B1 level) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
