Position Description

Fineco Bank è una banca europea con 20 anni di storia e un approccio completamente digitale senza filiali di partenza. Fineco è una delle banche con la più ampia gamma di prodotti disponibili. Abbiamo sviluppato una vera e propria soluzione one-stop-shop che include servizi di trading, investimento e pagamento. Abbiamo sviluppato una piattaforma di trading e investimento completamente proprietaria che copre tutte le esigenze dei clienti dai prodotti elencati e OTC ai prodotti di investimento come fondi comuni di investimento e ETF. Oltre a ciò offriamo soluzioni bancarie e di pagamento per domanda domestica e internazionale.

Funzioni

  1. Supporta la gestione coordinata dei canali nella relazione operativa tra il Cliente o prospect, il Personal Financial Adviser e la Banca
  2. Individua le necessità manifestate dalla clientela, al fine di trasmettere i nuovi input per la valutazione di progetti implementativi
  3. Collabora in modo attivo con i colleghi ed il proprio responsabile allo scopo di ottimizzare i processi End to End di gestione della clientela

Requisiti

  1. Laurea in discipline economiche o equivalenti
  2. Buona conoscenza dei principali prodotti bancari e di investimento
  3. Buona conoscenza lingua inglese e/o tedesca
  4. Conoscenze di ambienti web e data base (gradita conoscenza di Access)
  5. Utilizzatore abituale di servizi online
  6. Ottima capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta
  7. Capacità di gestire situazioni stressanti e flessibilità nel gestire più task contemporaneamente
  8. Predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo
  9. Disponibilità a lavorare su turni

Completano il profilo un forte orientamento al risultato ed al problem solving, nonché una accurata attenzione alle esigenze del cliente, una personalità dinamica e proattiva con ottime capacità relazionali.
