Hotel Asset Manager Role

The Hotel Asset Manager is responsible for monitoring the status and standards of all guest and crew areas, including maintenance status and setup of ship's public and crew areas. This involves evaluating, verifying, and monitoring the implementation of new projects, including refurbishments and the creation of new venues.

The role requires interaction with relevant departments on board and the head of departments to ensure that Company standards are met while guaranteeing a smooth cooperation and communication between Hotel-Deck and Engine. The goal is to limit conflicts and optimize synergies among the different departments.

The Hotel Asset Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all ship's public spaces are utilized according to standards, manuals, and guidelines, both in terms of purpose of utilization and furniture and lighting setup.

Requirements
  • Degree in Marine Technology and or Engineering or Nautical Architecture & Design
  • English and Italian language knowledge at level C1
