Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with our hiring managers and drive Satispay's growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing talent sourcing strategies, engaging prospective candidates, and building talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise and deliver talent to support Satispay's growth.
  • Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies for international candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, direct outreach, and alternative search techniques.
  • Engage prospective candidates, communicate the value proposition of Satispay, and manage the talent funnel through calibration and assessment.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet hiring needs, collaborating with the Talent Team and hiring managers.
  • Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Support employer branding activities to enhance Satispay's reputation and attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Talent acquisition mastery, with proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle.
  • Fast-growing environment experience, with about 2+ years of experience in scaling companies.
  • Sourcing strategy development expertise, with experience working with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Language fluency and communication skills, with fluency in both Italian and English (with fluency in French considered a strong plus).
  • Organizational skills and adaptability, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proactive and creative thinking, with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.
