About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an After-Sales Advisor Trainee. As a key member of our Operational Marketing and Customer Engagement Departments, you will play a crucial role in supporting our automotive clients and building final customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with final customers to manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance visits
  • Achieve individual and team targets for confirmed visits
  • Guide customers through the services offered by our workshops' network to ensure a great customer experience
  • Gather customers' feedback through data entry on Excel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication, or Humanities
  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English (other European languages an asset)
  • Previous experience in Customer Care (front-desk or back-office) a plus
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
