Job Description

At Organon, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing operational activities in SAP, including deliveries, SAP-warehouse stock comparisons, inventory reconciliation for auditors, and inventory adjustments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the definition and implementation of strategic initiatives and strategies that align with both short- and long-term operational logistics and financial objectives.
  • Offer support to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to implement new strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze claim trends, identify root causes, and support the CAPA plan periodically.
  • Inform management of ongoing performance issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience within Supply Chain Management (SCM) in Pharma, FMCG, or a similar industry.
  • Master of Science in Engineering, Business Administration, or any scientific field.
  • Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is essential.
