About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Dodo WW CRM & Client Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a global CRM strategy to drive business growth through client engagement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth of our Retail and E-commerce business through tactical activities aimed at boosting client recruitment, improving retention, and reactivation.
- Support and enhance a customer-centric culture within our organization.
- Define RFM segmentation and client clustering rules to optimize our CRM strategy.
- Ensure data collection and data quality guidelines are well implemented across regions.
- Oversee CRM systems in partnership with our IT department, including upgrades and new feature releases.
- Set and monitor customer engagement KPIs to measure success.
- Liaise with our sales team to create customized action plans aligned with our global strategy and regional opportunities.
- Propose and monitor insights of client engagement campaigns through online and offline performance.
- Develop and forecast budgets to sustain our Client Development strategy and roadmap.
Client Development
- Build and maintain a healthy and loyal client database by contributing as an insights expert to deeper client knowledge and targeted customer journeys.
- Define the NL, OTM, and OTO strategy targeting different client segments in collaboration with our Brand, Sales, Merchandising, and Sales teams.
- Propose corporate clienteling practices to be implemented locally to accelerate recruitment, loyalty, and elevation.
- Propose the main clienteling experiences format in collaboration with our Corporate Event, Trade & Marketing Teams, and Sales Marketing team.
Training
- In partnership with our Training Manager, propose training calendars and content to improve in-store clienteling skills.
About You
- Graduated in Marketing or Business Administration with 5 years of experience in a leading role, gained in international companies.
- Passionate about luxury and client engagement matters.
- Agile with Salesforce, BI, or other CRM and analytical systems.
- Positive and proactive, with proven organizational and time management skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively across teams with effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
