The RoleThis Sales Assistant position is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, achieving sales goals, and engaging with customers to build lasting relationships. You will report directly to the Store Manager and be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized customer service and support
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on trends and developments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales and achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail sales experience in fashion luxury brands (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of computer systems
- High fashion knowledge and awareness of current trends
We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly base salary of €45,000 and commission-based sales incentives. Additionally, you will receive:
