As a key member of our Ad Intel Client Service and Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day client support, training, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Aim of the Position
  • First point of contact for clients, handling queries, running regular client reports, and training clients on Nielsen Ad Intel services.
  • Supporting the management of client accounts and maintaining high levels of service.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client support, set up, and training, while building strong and value-added relationships.
  • Manage daily incoming client calls and emails.
  • Prepare presentation material to drive client engagement and repeat business.
  • Generate client data reports and assist the delivery team in preparing data files.
Requirements
