Mission

">

As a member of the RAM department, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for RAMS governance. Your key responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Leading the execution of the RAM programme for railway systems, subsystems, and products.">
  • Coordinating with prime contractors and subcontractors/vendors RAM staff.">
  • Producing RAM analysis and verification.">
  • Verifying and signing off design, installation, and commissioning of all systems/subsystems/products RAM-related requirements.">
  • Supporting the Engineering/Product Development team in finalizing designs to ensure maximum reliability and availability.">
  • Supporting the Commissioning Manager in identifying and prioritizing activities needed to guarantee minimum RAM performance.">
  • Performing RAM governance activities, coordination of subsystems RAM referents for each technology involved in the project.">
  • Contributing to the delivery of systems/subsystems/products in compliance with project/programme schedules and budgets.">

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of RAM activities throughout projects, bids, and product lifecycles. Key tasks include:

  • ">
  • Establishing projects and products RAM programme.">
  • Supporting and planning RAM activities.">
  • Managing RAM activities and budget forecasts.">
  • Providing feedback to project/product design teams since early project/product lifecycle phases.">
  • Performing Failure Mode and Effects Criticality Analysis.">
  • Utilizing reliability modeling techniques, RBDs, FTA, Markov Chains, Petri-Nets, etc.">
  • Conducting Life Cycle Cost analysis.">
  • Ensuring RAM parameters performance demonstration in operation.">
  • Applying FRACAS process.">
  • Ensuring that suppliers are provided with appropriate RAM requirements.">
  • Managing internal and external interfaces with other departments, suppliers, partners, and clients.">
  • Ensuring development, improvement, and implementation of RAM standard processes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 5-10 years of experience in RAMS.">
  • Knowledge of International Standards applicable to the Railway domain (e.g. EN 50126).">
  • Background in Reliability Engineering in products/systems for industry (Railway, Aerospace, etc.).">
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.">
  • Knowledge of Isograph Reliability Workbench Tool or equivalent.">

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year

">

This salary range is based on your skills and experience. It may vary depending on individual circumstances.
