KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prysmian Group is seeking a Site Support Coordinator for High Voltage (HV) activities within the Land & Jointing Installation division of the Transmission Business Unit.

The Site Support Coordinator for HV activities will report directly to the Manager of the Land & Jointing Installation function and will assist the Operations Coordinator in daily operations, concentrating on workforce and equipment readiness for ongoing HV system installation projects across various sites.

The Site Support Coordinator for HV activities will:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to ensure adequate staffing and timely installation while adhering to the highest quality standards for all contractual accessories.
  • Coordinate with Project Management, PMO, Quality Assurance, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams to ensure all project requirements are thoroughly assessed and aligned with both Prysmian and contractual expectations.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to evaluate technical job aspects and assess solution feasibility, providing technical and logistical support as needed.
  • Serve as a client liaison when required for site execution tasks.
  • Plan activities to optimize the utilization of personnel and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures throughout the entire process, including QHSE standards.
  • Oversee the development of method statements, risk assessments, and other essential documentation for on-site operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Civil, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ideally, 2-4 years of prior experience in a site-based construction role or in electrical testing and commissioning.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities, target-oriented, with a knack for prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability to ongoing changes.
  • A desire to learn and grow.
  • Previous experience in client relations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with common software applications (Office suite and AutoCAD 2D).
