Job Summary

The Chief Systems Engineer - Stakeholder Requirements Lead is responsible for managing customer requirements and releasing sub-components technical specifications to stakeholders. This role involves sorting and addressing documentation to assigned product engineers and designers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer system requirements for assigned projects.
  • Release sub-components technical specifications to stakeholders.
  • Ensure engineering designs comply with product requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires a University Master's Degree in Vehicle, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles in automotive or aeronautic companies, preferably with knowledge of electric drive units or transmission design and development.

Candidates should possess essential skills including:

  • Clear understanding of technical specifications (mechanical and electric/electronics).
  • Knowledge of automotive product development processes.
  • Polarion software knowledge.
  • Base knowledge of electric drive units.

Preferred skills include Jira software knowledge and Agile software knowledge. The ideal candidate will have structured and analytical approach, good communication skills, self-development aptitude, and decision-making ability.
