Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with our hiring managers and drive Satispay's growth. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing talent sourcing strategies, engaging with prospective candidates, and building talent pipelines to meet our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise and deliver talent to support Satispay's growth.
  • Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies for international candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, direct outreach, and alternative search techniques.
  • Engage with prospective candidates, communicate the value proposition of Satispay, and manage the talent funnel through calibration and assessment.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet hiring needs, collaborating with the Talent Team and hiring managers.
  • Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Support employer branding activities to enhance Satispay's reputation and attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Talent acquisition mastery with a proven track record of managing the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle.
  • Experience working in fast-growing environments, ideally with previous experience in scaling companies.
  • Sourcing strategy development expertise, including experience working with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Language fluency in English (with fluency in French considered a strong plus) and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and in a team, and a quick learner with adaptability to new challenges and environments.
  • Proactive and creative thinking with the ability to find innovative solutions and results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges in a fast-paced international environment.
