Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and management of our global recruiting initiatives and employer branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sourcing activities and build a pipeline of candidates to support our strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our global Talent Acquisition teams to deliver our programs and employer branding strategy.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and materials related to our initiatives, including internal training, communication, branding campaigns, community management, and networking.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Prysmian Group, attending and organizing events to support our employer branding initiatives.
  • Create, review, and post job descriptions on various recruiting channels and update our ATS accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Prysmian Group Academy team to organize inductions and learning sessions.
  • Evaluate and review recruiting tools.

Requirements

  • Interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Ability to organize and manage recruiting and employer branding events.
  • Experience with data and reporting.
  • Comfortable with social media and technology, including video making and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of English language proficiency.
