Job Title: IT Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team at Stefanini EMEA. As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a premium IT support service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and backups.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant studies in IT, electronics, or telecommunications.
  • Good Italian language skills, verbal and written.
  • Mastery in Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment.
  • Hardware problem diagnosis skills (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).
  • ITIL certification is an advantage, and ServiceNow skills are welcome.
  • Knowledge of remote administrative tools in Windows 10 environment.
  • Working knowledge of iPads, iPhones, Android, and other mobile devices technology, MDM MAM technologies.
  • MobileIron or Citrix Hub is desirable.
  • Knowledge of LAN, Wireless, and VPN technologies for basic troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Experience with Cisco desk phone system.
  • Familiar with printer and multi-functional devices connected to a network.
  • Familiar with AV systems - support of onsite and offsite conference with different AV or CR systems.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Positive, helpful can-do attitude and ability to work with others.
  • Strong communication skills, service delivery orientation.
  • Ability to cope with stress and workload.
  • Organized, structured approach.
