Agilent HR Admin Job Description

As an HR Admin at Agilent, you will play a vital role in supporting our Italy Country HR department. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, processing employee paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
  • Process employee paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage Mandatory Communications related to Employee Contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Manage Certified Email (PEC).
  • Prepare HR Purchase Order.
  • Account for Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti funds return.
  • Support training/HR events logistics.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Admin or similar role.
  • Good communication (in Italian and English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
