Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Greater Milan Metropolitan Area

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office activities, including managing supplies and equipment.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Oversee office operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and maintain a calendar.
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment, and manage inventory.
  • Produce reports and compose correspondence.
  • Provide basic HR support to the team.
  • Perform secretarial duties, including data entry and filing.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Track office expenditures and prepare financial reports.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
