As an HR Consultant Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about building people's careers. You'll be based in our Milan office, focusing on permanent recruitment and working closely with our People and Performance team.

This 6-month internship is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a specialist and international head-hunter. You'll undergo rigorous training, attend core training sessions, e-learning programs, role plays, and one-to-one coaching sessions as part of your continuous development.

Our internship will be structured around four core modules:

  • Market Intelligence Project: In the first month, you'll focus on a special market intelligence project that will allow you to gain a thorough understanding of our services, analyze our client companies and competitors, and become an expert in the market and various sectors we operate in.
  • Business Development: You'll learn how to create, build, and maintain business partnerships with clients, as well as anticipate commercial opportunities.
  • Technical Workshops: You'll understand the professional networks we specialize in across IT, Finance, Change, and Digital.

The estimated salary for this role is €48,000 per year, based on a full-time contract with a six-month internship period.
