**About the Role**

This role requires collaboration with People Managers to align recruitment plans with business needs and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to grasp role requirements and source effectively.

The ideal candidate will identify and implement effective sourcing methods and recruitment channels, stay informed about sourcing trends, and incorporate digital strategies into our recruitment efforts.

Supporting local units in developing and executing recruitment and employer branding initiatives is also a key responsibility.

**Your Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have a track record of creating sustainable talent pipelines, recruitment experience in consultancy or B2B services, and creativity in adopting recruitment best practices.

Excellent organizational skills, customer focus, and a meticulous approach to task management are essential. Interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic are also required.

Leveraging Employer Branding in talent attraction and recruitment marketing is highly desirable.

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year
