Energy Project Control Specialist

At RINA, we are seeking a highly skilled Energy Project Control Manager to join our team in Genoa, Italy. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan for our Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperating to develop and implement the strategic plan for the division.
- Defining the general guidelines for business operations in relation to the division's strategy.
- Planning and integrating goals and metrics related to commercial, operational, quality, technical, and financial objectives.
- Identifying and resolving performance gaps and integrating problem-solving strategies.
- Motivating and coaching operating units to achieve a high-performance economic and financial mindset.
- Leading and promoting efficiency and optimization of operating units in terms of revenues, margins, internal and external costs, invoicing, cash flow, and credit collection.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of internal and external processes and cost efficiency.
- Leading and supporting operational units in carrying out sales and project management processes and procurement processes.
- Analyzing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Supervising back office activities, including contract management, invoicing, and credit collection.
- Facilitating collaboration with global functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with RINA operating units and providing management support as needed.
- Ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency of services to customers.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering General or Management Engineering.
- At least 5 years of previous working experience in similar roles with a focus on planning and project quality.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of reporting tools and applications (e.g., Qlik View and Power BI).
