About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Management Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing our Change Management process, ensuring seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to drive process excellence and efficiency.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Support project owners with blockers, provide senior leadership project updates, and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Process Standardization: Collaborate with the ATS CM team to incorporate Big Rocks and ad-hoc projects into the ATS CM portfolio.
  • Process Audits and Analysis: Conduct post-implementation process audits and analysis to ensure actual benefits align with expected outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in people management, communication with stakeholders, and using data to influence business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language, with experience working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as experience working in another logistics environment.
