Qonto is seeking a seasoned Head of Frontend Engineering to lead our cross-functional teams in creating cutting-edge, scalable web solutions that will revolutionize the FinTech industry. As a key member of our Engineering leadership, you will drive the technical strategy that will shape the future of our web platform, impacting millions of users across Europe.

About the Role:

As a Head of Frontend Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing 3 teams of 15+ engineers, providing technical leadership and mentorship to managers and engineers.
  2. Driving delivery of product features and improvements with a high level of quality and on time, while balancing technical debt reduction with new feature development.
  3. Fostering collaboration with partner teams such as Product, Data, Backend, Mobile, and third parties.
