About the Role

As an Area Manager at Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L., you will be responsible for leading a team that ensures the smooth operation of our Fulfillment Centres. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining a culture of safety and quality, while also driving process improvements and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a culture of safety and wellbeing within the team
  • Analyse and improve quality and productivity levels
  • Oversee projects to streamline processes and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
A Day in the Life

You will work on a shift pattern at one of our Fulfillment Centres, ensuring that it runs as efficiently as possible. Your main responsibilities will include owning and driving a culture of safety, upholding quality and shift performance standards, and overseeing process improvements within your area.

About the Team

The Customer Fulfilment team is the backbone of Amazon's operations, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is always looking for ways to improve and innovate. As an Area Manager, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in people management and communication
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and Italian
