Job Description
As a Startup Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption in the LATAM region. You will work closely with various teams, including business development, marketing, and solution architecture, to develop and execute coordinated go-to-market strategies and sales plays. Your primary goal will be to ensure that startups select AWS as their primary cloud provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share growth in the LATAM region
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
- Create articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must have at least 5 years of full sales cycle, technology sales, or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level.
