At Docplanner, we're looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Excellence team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process changes to improve sales efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with the Data Quality team to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Liaise with global teams to align sales processes and ensure consistency
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales leaders to drive business growth
- At least 6 months of experience in Business Operations
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Hubspot and/or Salesforce
- Knowledge of GSuite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Participation in our Stock Option plan
- Smart working
