Job Opportunity:

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a skilled Service Sales Specialist to join our Business Unit High Voltage in Lodi.

As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities within designated areas, focusing on installed base penetration. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the service sales strategy in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager
  • Promoting various upgrade, retrofit, and value-added solutions to customers
  • Understanding channel strategy and establishing related prices
  • Preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plans when needed
  • Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring the progress of the service sales strategy
  • Developing trends for identifying and winning new business
  • Developing contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets, and timescales
  • Ensuring compliance with respect to maximizing financial and operational performance
  • Documenting changes or amendments during contract execution
  • Assessing and monitoring contract success or deviations to identify required changes
  • Cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams, and client representatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Management Engineering or similar (technical background required)
• 2-5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the industrial field
• Fluency in both Italian and English (B2/C1)
• Proactivity, resilience, customer-oriented mindset, and outstanding communication skills
