As a High Voltage Service Sales Manager, you will develop business strategies and sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams. You will be responsible for market positioning, market share, order received, gross margin (best price), pricing, and monitoring and expanding market size worldwide in accordance with market strategy by Global Product Group.

You will serve as an escalation point for questions and issues, collect customer feedback and input, establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of product offering, and provide solutions. You will ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

You will lead the budgeting process for Sales & Marketing, assign and follow-up targets per country, oversee the market intelligence process ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition, and emerging technologies. You will ensure local sales teams are provided with world-class training and increase the sales competence.

You will ensure that the sales tools and installed base tools are properly maintained. To succeed in this role, you should have high customer orientation, intercultural sensitivity, and team working skills. Extensive experience in after-sales service and in high-voltage segment is essential. A proven sales and customer relationship management track record is also required.

A successful candidate will have 7+ years' experience in marketing and sales or business development roles, strong stakeholder engagement, and collaborative personality. Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural and diverse team is a must. Business fluency in English is necessary, and additional language skills are a plus.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide flexible work practices, health insurance according to Local Collective Bargain agreement, welfare benefits, ticket lunch, and paid leaves according to work calendar.
