About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Outlet Manager to join our pre-opening team at Casa Brera, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlets, leading a team of hospitality professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the outlets, including supervising employees, maintaining service and sanitation standards, and reviewing staffing and schedules.
  • Lead the F&B team, providing guidance, direction, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Outlets Manager to plan, organize, and promote events on-property.
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures, including HACCP policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury lifestyle hotel.
  • Fluent English and intermediate Italian language skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of HACCP policies and procedures, as well as food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
