Job Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our postgraduate program enrollment efforts in Italy. As the Product Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to enroll high-quality students from Italy. This role will play a key part in growing our Masters team and driving student enrollment targets in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of application managers, enrollment advisors, and enrollment coordinators in Milan.
  • Grow and develop a skilled sales team that meets and exceeds enrollment targets.
  • Develop and execute market growth plans through university partnerships and student associations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute efficiently across channels.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of successful B2C/consultative selling experience.
  • 1+ years of previous leadership or management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • International experience and passion for working in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and execution skills.
Location:
