Key Responsibilities- Offer Management
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our product offering, ensuring it meets market demands and geographical market changes.
- Monitor offer effectiveness and develop SKU ratio performance.
- Review our product offering through data analysis, providing offer improvement proposals to Business responsible.
- Coordinate product launch and withdrawal processes with PM, Sales, R&D, and Supply.
- Communicate offer service changes to internal functions.
- Evaluate offer requests based on established offer guidelines and product portfolio.
- Manage SKU demand forecasting process, coordinating the contribution of all internal stakeholders, mainly Sales Area Managers, Business Development/Product Managers, and Supply Chain.
- Consolidate feedbacks, challenging them to ensure consistency and alignment with EU demand planning responsible.
- Monitor commercial performances and highlight variances vs demand forecast, identifying potential issues/root causes.
- Ensure proactive management of demand, identifying unbalances and demand deviations vs available supply and capabilities, and proposing balancing actions.
- University degree with relevant major, such as supply chain, logistics, statistics, business, or economics.
- Good collaboration and communication experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as function independently.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Other languages are a plus.
- Good capability in Microsoft Office.
- Previous analytical work experience as well as in project management considered a benefit.
