Sales Manager Italy

The Sales Manager Italy is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for Kubota engines in Italy. This role serves as the primary point of contact for distributors, customers, and Kubota headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Italy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and Kubota's Sales and Marketing department
  • Coordinate projects with Kubota's engineering team to ensure timely delivery of engines and meet customer needs
  • Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and maintain travel schedules, customer visit reports, and monthly sales reports
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or significant experience in sales and marketing
  • At least 5 years' experience in selling industrial products
  • Professional level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to drive a car and travel by air
