Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Italy – Prüftechnik Non-Destructive Testing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Italy, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, including training and coaching.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the sales team is well-informed and equipped to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a similar industry or market.
  • Strong industry knowledge and relationships in Italy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
