Technical Sales Manager Lead

About This Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) team, you will be responsible for leading the development of technical solutions and supporting the Commercial Organization in creating strategic value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical interaction with Clients to develop tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering departments, other business units, and affiliates to prepare offers.
- Prepare, harmonize, and integrate technical packages, gathering and optimizing costs.
- Develop new offering concepts and solutions for the IMR business.
- Assess projects on-hand and tenders main risks.
- Track and manage IMR sales and technical concepts and models.
- Visit Customers to understand their challenges and needs.
- Develop, establish, and manage databases, procedures, and regular reports related to relevant information, guidelines, market, and competitor activities.
- Act as Project Manager for short-term activities, and manage the handover to execution teams.
About You: The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment, managing complex projects, and quickly connecting, analyzing, and clustering data to be reviewed and presented in different forms. You must be able to lead and manage engineering and technical teams across the organization, with excellent time management and technical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously managing different peers across the Company.
About Prysmian: We are a promising newly established business opening huge opportunities to position Prysmian into a fast-growing Service Market. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and play a significant role in the development of successful and effective IMR solutions.
Travel Requirements: 30/40% depending on specific situation.
